IMMIGRATION LAW AT FM ATTORNEYS:
We received the following enquiry via email on “info@frankmorganattorneys.co.za
“Good day guys I write to ask about if I can be assisted with attaining
a relevant legal permit in SA. My name is Abigail a Zimbabwean national ,
33 years of age and a single mother to two boys . I currently sell hair
in Midrand CBD, I use a ZEP permit which has currently been giving an
extended period of grace by the minister of DHA. But my worry is that
once my ZEP expires after the grace period , I do not work for someone
or school so therefore I can’t get a study or work visa. So what other
options do I have in order to not become an illegal immigrant and
is your practice able to assist me with documentation and application for such.
I look forward to your response as I’m very worried."
We thank Abigail and many others who have expressed concerns about immigration
and documentation related issues in the recent months.
We have always wanted to put out an article to cover
these concerns and we firmly believe it has become more timely than ever.
South Africa is faced with very challenging times.
High unemployment rates, inflation, crime, corruption ,
inequality and other negative social factors have played
dire roles resulting in the country we have today.
In the middle of it all , we have the ever occurring issue of illegal migration,
which has plagued the nation. From loose borders , to corrupt officials,
to law breaking migrants, it has become a dilemma.
Frank Morgan Attorneys runs a fully functional immigrations law department
that seeks to provide services that cater for the legalisation of foreign
nationals which will curb issues of illegal immigration
and undocumentation in the long run .
Foreign nationals who wish to remain in the republic, either for study ,
work or tourist purposes must be in possession of a resident permit.
Generally, residence permits in SA are divided into two namely :
temporary residence permits and permanent residence. For the sake
of this article we will only be discussing the former.

2). Promoting economic growth by facilitating foreign investment and attracting exceptionally skilled and qualified foreigners to South Africa.
3). Promoting tourism to South Africa.
To that effect our range of services under immigration law include application, submission and collection of the following :
1). Business Permits
2). General Work Permits
3). Critical Skills Permits
4). Intra-company Transfer Work Permits
